Yikes - the "submit" word. That word alone often sparks conflicting feelings within individuals and groups. How do some of you deal with I Peter 3:1-2?
I think of my mom when I read those verses. I feel that she practiced patience, purity, and reverence and that has been a huge force on my dad.
I think we should not only have this verse apply to husbands but anyone who you come in contact with. Everyone's actions are being watched even when we don't know it. It can be by our family members, our children, our friends. We should always exhibit Godly actions so that we can be a witness to everyone without even speaking to them. This is something that I constantly work on in my walk with God.
